They see so well
They are so blind
But the camera,
             a few thousand feet above ground
saw the children
saw old men women with buckets
more than a hundred of them
taking gas from the tanker
the big army truck
stuck in the mud
in that arid country
desert country
desolate
devastated
They saw it
all of it on the photo
and yet he gave the command
to drop the bomb on the tanker
He did not see the big flame
he did not hear the explosion
no impression
of scattered limbs
They accused him faintly
in the press
they made him a general
